Data collected

We only collect the data needed to process your requests: name, email, phone number, address, vehicle information and layout configuration.

Purposes

Your data is used to produce your 3D design and quote, process your orders, contact you about your project and meet our accounting obligations. It is never sold.

Retention

3 years after the last contact for quote requests; 10 years for invoicing data (legal obligation).

Cookies

The site uses a technical session cookie and your browser’s local storage to remember your cart, language and configuration. The live chat (Chatwoot) may set cookies required for it to work.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and data portability. Write to contact@vannovadesign.fr. You may also contact the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr) or your local authority.
