Condizioni generali di vendita

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of van furniture, the 3D design service and the conversion quotes offered by VanNova Design on vannovadesign.fr.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT (20%). Configurator estimates are indicative (± 10%); only the detailed quote is binding, after a technical inspection of the vehicle.

3. 3D design

The 3D design is a service charged 75 € incl. VAT, including 3D renders of the configured layout and a detailed works quote, delivered by email once payment is received. This amount is deducted from the price of the works if the customer entrusts the conversion to VanNova Design within 3 months. By ordering the design, the customer requests its immediate performance and acknowledges that, once delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to this service.

4. Furniture orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment by SEPA bank transfer with the reference provided. Furniture is made after payment, within the lead time shown on each product page.

5. Payment

Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer, in particular via the QR code shown on the payment page. No card data is collected.

6. Delivery

Mainland France: 49 €, free from 900 €. European Union and neighbouring countries: rate shown in the cart. Free collection from the workshop by appointment.

7. Right of withdrawal

For standard furniture, customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, return costs being borne by the customer. Custom-made or personalised furniture is excluded.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, customers may use a consumer mediator or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform free of charge. French law applies.
